Life in Canada continues on ... I am spending a great deal of time in Fort McMurray as things on the job heat up.
Experience my first Stampede. A 10 day party that takes over the whole town. Western wear, including hat is compulsory clobber -dancing in the streets, parties, cowboys and scantily clad girls. Ten whole days and I did not manage to pick up a cowboy! We went to the rodeo and chuck wagon racing, an absolute hoot!!
I am off to learn how to fly fish this weekend. Gotta live it!
