Heading home from Banff last night we saw the Northern Lights. Not often so far south. Gorgeous white, greeny lights with flashes of red dancing across the sky - Amazing!

- Come along for the adventure with Kate and Sean sailing their Garcia Exploration 45 'Chinook'. Chinook is named after the down-slope winds we experience in Southern Alberta. They are a warm and welcome wind. Sean's grandfather was born in Chinook, Alberta and the HobieCat Kate raced as a teenager was also named Chinook. So the name ties into where we live, and both Sean and Kate's background. It also works on the radio and is easy to spell in many languages.
