We have Canada Geese nesting in our neighbourhood. There are three pairs (whom mate for life) set up camp on the little island in the midde of the river that we can look down on from the bridge. This morning, there were five, fluffy, yellow balls running around after Mum and Dad!

- Come along for the adventure with Kate and Sean sailing their Garcia Exploration 45 'Chinook'. Chinook is named after the down-slope winds we experience in Southern Alberta. They are a warm and welcome wind. Sean's grandfather was born in Chinook, Alberta and the HobieCat Kate raced as a teenager was also named Chinook. So the name ties into where we live, and both Sean and Kate's background. It also works on the radio and is easy to spell in many languages.
