Living in Canada, I have made some extraordinary friends but I am starting to wonder whether my ego is up to it.
The Lovely Adrienne competed in her first power lifting competition and managed to break TWO WORLD RECORDS!! And she has been in the sport a mere 8 months.
The gorgeous Mairéad, not only ran and finished the Iron Legs 50 Miler (yes, that is 80km!!), but was also on the podium with a third place!
