Awoke this morning to a blanket of fluffy, white snow. Despite it being dark and still snowing, leapt out of bed and went for a run then rode my bike to work. ... does this mean I am becoming Canadian?

- Come along for the adventure with Kate and Sean sailing their Garcia Exploration 45 'Chinook'. Chinook is named after the down-slope winds we experience in Southern Alberta. They are a warm and welcome wind. Sean's grandfather was born in Chinook, Alberta and the HobieCat Kate raced as a teenager was also named Chinook. So the name ties into where we live, and both Sean and Kate's background. It also works on the radio and is easy to spell in many languages.

You forgot to mention that at the end of the run you remarked that "It's not even cold."
Next thing you know, you'll feel the need to stand in line at Tim Hortons to get a 'double-double' of drip-filtered coffee.
